A woman accused of defrauding seven people in Saint John has plead not guilty during a provincial court appearance today.
Kathryn Margo Seeley is now facing five counts of fraud over $5000 and one count of fraud not exceeding $5000. Most of these charges date back to 2016 and 2017 but two of the counts go back more than 10 years to 2006 and 2007.
During Seeley's appearance before Judge Andrew Palmer a trial by provincial court judge was also elected and the trial is scheduled from November 5-8.
A pre-trial conference will be held on September 19.
