The Leader of the New Brunswick Peoples Alliance Party help a rally over the weekend…promoting his desire to see changes made to the motor vehicle act.
The rally was held in Miramichi and up to 300 people attended.
Kris Austin announced he would like to see an overhaul of the way vehicles are taxed, an end to annual registrations and dropping the front license plate requirement..
These are all being included in the party’s 2018 election platform..
Austin added he wants to see an end to the provincial vehicle tax on the private sale of used vehicles.
