Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada are rallying in front of the Federal Fisheries, and Oceans Building in Moncton today.
A couple dozen members are waving flags, chanting slogans, and marching back and forth at 343 Université Avenue to protest the problematic Phoenix Pay System which is leaving public service employees underpaid, overpaid or not paid at all.

Alliance representative Isabelle Forest says their members are patient, but so far the government response has been insufficient.
“They have been hiring people basically to answer calls at the call centre which is not really what we need. We need experts in pay systems and the people that can make the system work to get all of the problems solved and fixed,” she notes.
Forest added they don’t really care who is responsible for the mess, they just want it to be fixed.
